Lovely romantic and beautifully decorated rooms and central location. Besides, it's near to Venice and Grimaldi Apartments, many tourist locations as well as restaurants, and all the bridges.

Liked every moment there. Everything here felt nice, it was a good stay for 3 nights in the middle of a longer holiday. The location was magnificent and just 5 minutes walk to Coop. At walking distance from the city center attractions.

The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the water bus stop that we had to take from the train station. Additionally, it is near all the activity of the San Marco area and is also handy to the water bus.

The windows in the apartment are loose in their frames, causing them to shake and make a rattling noise whenever someone walks in the building.
